West Heath

West Heath is an 18th Century manor house in Sevenoaks and is set in 32 acres of stunning Kent countryside.

Steeped in history, our rooms are classically designed in the Georgian era style, with high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and decorated in a neutral colour scheme.

With an abundance of original fireplaces, wood paneling and intricate details throughout, West Heath really is a beautiful venue.

We can accommodate up to 90 guests for an onsite wedding, 100 guests for the wedding breakfast and 160 guests using the whole house.

We have many lovely rooms for you to enjoy including our main entrance with a stunning grand staircase and huge chandelier. The elegant Recital Room with crystal chandeliers and French windows leading out to a paved veranda area with outside seating and a south facing lawn, which is also licensed for ceremonies.

The Red Room with its charming fireplace and impressive pillars is where we hold onsite ceremonies and the beautiful wood paneled Oak Room perfect to house the bar for the day.

We have a wedding party prep room which is a beautiful tranquil space with lots of natural light, perfect to get ready in with your nearest and dearest.

West Heath’s venue package includes chair covers and sashes, fairy lights, linen, crockery and cutlery, a licensed bar, integrated sound system, easels and complimentary food tasting for the couple.

Our couples have exclusive use of the venue for their wedding, having access to the property from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning.
