Here at Brenley we have two licensed spaces to hold your ceremony.
Inside the beautiful Georgian farmhouse, we have the dining room which can seat 30 guests and offers a slightly more formal option in summer or shelter from the temperamental British weather in colder months.
Outside on the front lawn, in front of the house, just by the duck pond and barn is our beautiful traditional gazebo, complete with Kent peg roof and timber posts. Here you can seat up to 100 guests on hay bales or chairs (which can be hired in at an extra cost). We also have a newly acquired marquee, that we can erect should the rain gods be unkind.
You are of course welcome to use us for just your ceremony and have your reception at another venue or have both at Brenley. You’ll then be able to walk just a couple of steps to your field for the weekend and celebrate your momentous day!

Bed & Breakfast
The award winning ‘Brenley Bed and Breakfast’ cooks up delicious breakfasts and offers lovely accommodation for you and your guests.
‘Granny’s Room’ 6’ double with en-suite shower
A light and spacious room, with en-suite shower, it looks south over the garden and duck pond. Queen sized bed with luxury topper, or it can become a twin bedded room, with cosy armchairs to relax in at the end of the day.
‘Tom’s Room’ double and family suite with en-suite bathroom
Put simply, it is your own private wing of the house. The large double room with a three seat sofa and coffee table has an adjoining room with a single bed, double sofa bed and toys. This suite looks over both the front and rear gardens and has an en-suite bathroom.
Twin en-suite
With a view over the garden and pool, this room offers twin beds and en-suite bathroom.

Bunk Barn
A carefully converted early Georgian stable building forms our Group Self-Catering Accommodation. With bunk beds for 24 in two rooms of 8 and 16, this is a hostel style accommodation. The barn has two shower rooms, each with two showers, WCs and wash basins. There is hot water throughout, and downstairs you’ll find a large, well equipped kitchen/living/dining room, with a BBQ and firepit outside.

Camping
You are welcome to have campers within your reception field at no extra charge for a maximum of two nights.

We are lucky enough to have several beautiful fields to choose from, set in the glorious Kent countryside on a working arable farm. Surrounded by apple and pear orchards, vineyards and hop gardens, you could not ask for a more serene venue.
We have several local suppliers whom we can recommend or you can of course source your own. This blank canvas allows you to tailor Brenley’s facilities to your specific needs.
If you are providing the catering yourselves but would like some staff to serve, I have worked in hospitality for over 12 years and can provide staff for an additional cost.
If you are holding your reception with us, then you are required to take at least two rooms in the house and the bunk barn for two nights.
